How long does it take to receive my dome?
Understanding production time, shipping time, and what affects your delivery date.
Our current production lead time is approximately 18–20 weeks, which includes manufacturing, quality checks, packing, and preparing your dome for international shipment. Once your order ships from our factory in Istanbul, transit time varies by destination.
Here’s the full breakdown:
Production Time (Factory Lead Time)
Every dome is made to order. Your lead time depends on:
- dome model and size
- Original Series vs PRO Series
- order quantity
- custom features or color selections
- seasonal demand
- your position in the production queue
Current lead time: 16-19 weeks
This applies to all models and all configurations unless you are purchasing an in-stock or show unit.
If your dome is in stock at the time of purchase, delivery is much faster (typically 12–15 weeks total including ocean freight).
Shipping Time
After production is complete and the dome leaves the factory:
• US & Canada: usually 4–6 weeks with ocean freight
• Europe: usually 2–4 weeks with ground shipping
• Other regions: varies by location
Transit times can shift depending on the carrier, customs clearance, and port conditions.
Air Freight is also possible to all destinations with major carriers such as DHL, UPS, or Turkish Airlines Cargo for urgent deadlines, events, or time-sensitive projects. Air freight is significantly more costly but extremely reliable for tight timelines.
