What if parts are damaged upon delivery?

When you receive your crates, it's important to take an inventory immediately and report any damaged items. While all shipments are insured, claims must be made within 30 days. 

Providing photos and proof of delivery is essential, especially if there is damage to the packaging. In such cases, we encourage you to ask the carrier on-site to acknowledge the issue on the proof of delivery. This step is crucial for us to file a claim with the insurance company.

If there is a missing component, please notify us at info@ekodome.com within 30 days so we can add the missing parts to the manufacturing queue and have them shipped as soon as possible.
