# How do I place an order for an Ekodome?
## A simple guide to buying your dome through our online store or by requesting a custom quote.
You can place an order in two ways: directly through our online store or by requesting a custom quote. The process is straightforward, and your dome is added to our production queue once payment is completed.
### Option 1: Buy Online
If you already know the dome size and configuration you want, you can place your order instantly through our online store. This works best for:
- standard configurations
- customers who don’t need guidance
- quick purchasing during promotional periods
Once checkout is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and our team will follow up with the production timeline and next steps.
### Option 2: Request a Custom Quote
If you need a personalized configuration, add-ons, or shipping to a specific location, we prepare a detailed quote for you.
We’ll ask for:
• dome size/model
• number of doors, windows, and vents
• add-ons (tunnels, accessories, extra panels)
• your shipping location (city/state/zip)
