How do I create an online account at Ekodome? What's the use of it?

Your online Ekodome account is located on the website and is your portal to everything you need that is related to your order.

You can track the status of your current orders and download invoices, instruction manuals, blueprints, and any other related documents for the domes you have purchased. Additionally, if you encounter any issues with your domes, you can create a support ticket for troubleshooting.

Simply visit the My Account page and click on the login or register option. Fill in your email address and password, then click the button to continue. Once your account is created, you can easily log in for future visits.

Your account is password-protected to keep your information secure. When you make a purchase, your address details will be automatically filled in based on your stored information, making the checkout process smoother. If you already have an account, simply select the login option. From there, you can access your account settings to add or edit your information. You can also set your customer account preferences, reset your password, or delete your account if needed.
