What if I’m missing a part?

How to request replacement components and what information we need to assist you quickly.

If you believe a part is missing from your shipment, we’ll help you resolve it quickly. Every Ekodome kit is packed, labeled, and documented before departure, but with multiple crates and cage pallets, it’s possible for components to be packed inside other units to save space. A few parts may also be bundled together in protective wrapping.

Before contacting us, we recommend checking every crate, pallet, and interior compartment, including between panel stacks.

If something is still missing, we’ll take care of it.

How to Request a Replacement

Email aftersales@ekodome.com with the following details:
• your full name
• order number
• dome model and size
• category (Hard-Shell, Greenhouse, PRO, or Glass)
• photos of the crates/pallets you received
• photo of the package labels if available

This helps us identify exactly which component is needed and confirm the correct replacement.

What Happens Next

Our after-sales team will:
• review the packing list from the factory
• verify the missing item
• arrange shipment of the correct part
• update you with tracking information once dispatched

If the missing piece is urgent for your installation timeline, tell us in your email so we can prioritize accordingly.

Long-Term Part Support

All Ekodome systems use modular, replaceable components. Whether you’re building a Hard-Shell Dome, Greenhouse Dome, PRO Dome, or Glass House, you can request replacement struts, hubs, caps, gaskets, vents, or panels at any time during the life of your structure.

We maintain parts availability for every model we produce.
