When will I receive tracking information?
Understand when shipping details are released and what updates you can expect during transit.
You will receive shipping information after your dome is produced, packed, and picked up from our factory in Istanbul. From that point forward, the shipment is fully managed by the logistics company and the carrier responsible for delivering it to your address.
When Tracking Is Provided
1. After your dome is fully produced and packed
Our team prepares the pallets or crated units and confirms final weights and dimensions. Once everything is ready for pick-up, we share:
- packing list
- pallet count
- photos of the shipment (when available)
2. When the shipment is collected by the carrier
This is when actual tracking becomes available. We send you:
- the container number and/or Bill of Lading
- estimated departure and arrival dates
- the tracking link provided by the freight forwarder (if any)
International Ocean Freight
For most orders, domes ship by ocean freight. Tracking updates show:
- container departure
- vessel movements
- arrival at destination port
- customs clearance
- release to your domestic carrier
Tracking becomes more detailed once the shipment enters your country.
Who Sends You Updates During Transit
Once the shipment leaves Istanbul, it belongs to you. From that moment:
• the logistics company manages the shipment
• the carrier provides updates
• the delivery company contacts you to schedule the final drop-off
They will call you, email you, or text you with delivery appointments, customs requirements, or any updates during the journey.
We do not have direct control over the shipment once it departs. The carrier is responsible for scanning, updating, scheduling, and communicating delivery details until the dome arrives at your location.
Important Notes
• There is no instant tracking at the moment you place your order.
• Tracking is only available after the shipment is packed and picked up by the carrier.
• Customs processing times vary by country and may affect delivery timing.
