After your order has been manufactured, it will be shipped from our factory in Turkey to our warehouse in New Jersey. This transit usually takes approximately 4 weeks. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, it will need to go through the customs clearance process before it can be delivered to you.

In addition to the tracking information available in your customer dashboard, you will also receive three email updates when there is a change in the status of your order. The first email will confirm the processing of your order, indicating that it has been successfully received and confirmed.

The second email will notify you when your order has been shipped, providing you with the carrier information and tracking number for your shipment. It's worth noting that you can also find shipment updates in your account dashboard, eliminating the need to visit the carrier's website to check the whereabouts of your delivery.

Finally, the third email will be sent to confirm that your shipment has been delivered and that the related products have reached your location.
