Manufacturing Phase

Each dome is made to order, we do not keep kits in stock

Production typically takes 3–4 months, depending on the model, customizations, and production queue

International Shipping

Once manufactured, your dome ships from our factory in Turkey to our New Jersey warehouse

Transit time is approximately 4 weeks, plus time for customs clearance

Final Delivery & Tracking

After your kit clears customs and leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive your tracking number and carrier details

You’ll also get real-time updates via email and can monitor your order status from your customer dashboard
