Our after-sales support is designed to help you complete your installation smoothly and address any technical questions that come up along the way. Every customer receives direct access to our after-sales team, along with the resources needed to assemble and maintain their Ekodome structure confidently.
What’s Included in Our After-Sales Support
Dedicated After-Sales Team
Once your order is confirmed and production begins, you’re assigned to our after-sales department. This team handles all installation questions, technical details, anchoring advice, part-related issues, and any support you need during or after assembly. and they will assist you directly.
Installation Guides and Technical Documents
You’ll receive detailed manuals, diagrams, and instruction files that walk you through the entire build. For PRO Series or custom projects, additional engineering documents may be provided when applicable.
Video Calls for Technical Clarification
If needed, our after-sales team can schedule short video calls to help troubleshoot installation steps or clarify technical points. These are provided on an as-needed basis to ensure your team stays on track.
Replacement Parts Support
If a part arrives damaged or missing, our team will review, verify, and coordinate replacements. We handle the process directly with the factory and keep you updated throughout.
Email Support Throughout Your Build
You’ll have continuous email access to our after-sales team for anything technical. They are the right point of contact for:
• installation questions
• anchoring details
• material or hardware clarification
• minor troubleshooting
• part-related support
What’s Not Included
We do not provide free on-site assembly or labor. Installation is self-assembly unless you book our certified installation crew in advance, which depends on availability.
