Here’s how to get support during installation and what you can expect from our team.
You’re not alone during your assembly. Our after-sales team is available to answer technical questions, clarify steps, and help you stay on track throughout your build. While assembly is designed to be DIY-friendly, it’s normal to need guidance along the way, and we encourage you to reach out whenever something isn’t clear.
How to Get Help During Assembly

Working Hours
We provide support during business hours in two time zones:
- U.S. Office : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern
- Turkey Factory: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Istanbul time
Your inquiry will be handled by whichever team becomes available first based on the time you send it.
What Our Team Can Help With
• clarifying steps in the installation manuals
• identifying parts and hardware
• troubleshooting assembly challenges
• guidance on panel installation, door placement, anchoring questions, or minor adjustments
• determining if a part needs replacement
If needed, our team may schedule a short call or request photos/videos to better understand your situation.
What We Cannot Provide
We don’t offer real-time or emergency support during weekends or outside business hours. If your team is planning a weekend build, we strongly recommend reviewing the manual in advance, preparing tools and ladders, and starting with the early steps that are most straightforward.
On-Site Help
For select projects, our installation crew may be available for on-site assembly at an additional cost. Availability is limited, so reach out early if you think you’ll need hands-on help.
