Yes. Every Ekodome kit comes with a limited warranty covering specific components. Here’s what you need to know.
Every Ekodome kit includes a warranty that protects you against manufacturing defects in certain parts under normal use and service conditions. The coverage depends on the component type.
What’s covered

The aluminum frame and hubs carry a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

All other parts, excluding glass panels, are covered for 1 year from the date of delivery.
What’s not covered
The warranty does not cover:

improper installation or misuse

any modifications, cutting, or alterations not approved in writing

normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or cosmetic issues

glass panels (which are explicitly excluded)

damage from extreme weather events beyond the design specifications

transfers of ownership. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
How to make a claim
To file a warranty claim:

Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of what happened

We may inspect or request documentation to assess the claim.

If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
